Would stay again!

Honestly a pretty good hotel overall, front desk staff was very nice, helpful and accommodating! The only downfalls are: the pool is very very small, only room for about one family of four or it’s just awkward. The elevator is slow, and we were waiting to get on and a group got off on our floor (#4) and advised us not to take the elevator that they had just got stuck so we’ll followed them down the stairs. We used the elevator 6 times after that and never got stuck just very slow, although I did notice their elevator inspection certificate was up and expired 2 months ago. Other than that a very nice stay, room was clean and clearly remodeled!

Love Americana Hotel!

Amazing stay! We had a blast. Room was clean and smelled absolutely amazing!! Very clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating.. the ocean view room was so relaxing and calm. Loved hearing the ocean with the door open. Right on the boardwalk too!

Had a pretty good relaxing weekend

Hotel was great! Great location! Had a penthouse jacuzzi room that was nice. Only issue we had was I got stuck in one of the elevators. It was only for a couple mins. The door opened only about 2 inches and wouldn’t open anymore. There was guy in the lobby that got it open fairly quickly. And they did call the elevator company and had it repaired and working within hours. People were super nice. One weird thing, they don’t have hand towels. I asked the lady at the lobby for a hand towel because we didn’t get one. She informed me that they don’t have hand towels which seemed odd to me. They give you two makeup towels but no hand towel. So she gave me another regular towel to use as a hand towel.

Clean bed, clean bathroom, clean room overall except for the entrance floor that was a bit sticky. Quiet hotel, easy access. Great location right on the boardwalk and the beach. Staff was helpful and friendly (both the evening shift and the morning shift). The pool was at a comfortable temperature, clean and welcoming. Would stay there again and would recommend staying there.
