Hotel was good. Staff when checked in and out was terrific. Towels in the room were paper then and rough. The lock on the sliding glass door to patio did not work. The bar that was there to stop people from entering was bent and did not have an end on it. The fan you have to cool the room was not balanced. Had to turn it off because of the noise from wabling, It is above the bed. The choices for breakfast was good. Was clean though.

It was nice day it was very quiet it's kind of a little sad though that you can't use the hot tub after 10:00 and that whole reason I look that kind of room is so I can clean a hot tub all night long staff was friendly it was very clean need more lighting out back for puppy dogs

There was blood on our sheets. The front desk lady hates her job and shows it in how she talks to people. We walked in and I needed to use the bathroom And I asked and she was going to tell me no until I said we were checking in. Someone called while we were checking in she put the head set to her mouth said call back Ina hr when I can give you my attention and hung up on them.

Partial ocean view - barring fog. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, but it would be nice to have some kind of sound deadening. The room was clean and well appointed but the mattress and couch weren't very comfortable. The staff were top notch; competent, courteous, and efficient! I was able to connect to WiFi but couldn't get most web pages to load. An Ethernet port would have been very helpful.

The sofa in the room was disgusting. The maid did not change anything out just remade it. The breakfast was awful. The front desk manager was nice but the actual hotel could use some work hot tub was down when i checked in and was reopened later during my stay. Jets did not work and hot rub was not clean.

We had the connecting doubles on the 4th. floor with balconies and unobstructed view of the ocean.The Rooms are spacious.The whirlpool's jets were down but everyone in the pool were having a great time. Great staff. Great location. My family did not have any

The ocean view is fantastic. You will have an easy walk to the beach. I do not recommend driving the beach, because the salty sand can be corrosive, and gets into E V E R Y T H I N G. Don't wait for the last minute to get breakfast. They might run out of eggs. Oh, and I also recommend the unique observation 'tower'.
