Overall, a great bargain hotel in close proximity to the beaches of Oceanside. Pros: -friendly and courteous staff at front desk -clean and well-maintained grounds and pool -expansive breakfast with separate dining area -tidy rooms with upgraded A/C, TV, back lit bathroom mirror Cons: -weak WiFi in our room -some transient foot traffic

Stayed from out of town for a soccer tournament but didn’t get the rest we were hoping for. There was an incident that happened directly across the hall from us and it was very terrifying. Thankful for the staff for acting accordingly and getting the person assistance although I wish they were more considerate towards their guess during that terrifying time.

This was a no frills hotel. Rooms were decent. Staff was nice. I feel it’s a bit overpriced. You can get the same kind of room at motel 6 in Oceanside for cheaper. Also the shower sucked. It was either scalding hot or ice cold. Was no in the middle

The front desk guy was great, easy check-in, gave me a bottle of water, friendly and welcoming. The room was pretty up-to-date and pleasant, but the bed was not comfortable, the HVAC did not work, and there was no Kleenex in the vanity area spot it would normally be. There was a lot of activity in the parking lot with guys hanging out outside their rooms, partying. Felt creepy.
