Overall stay was awesome for this motel. The price for the room was hands down great and they let me do an early check in. As for the room, it was what you expect when booking. Face value clean, but surprised about it coming with a microwave and mini fridge. 😀 The floors do need to be at least be swept and mopped. The shower floor could use a good scrub. But overall i enjoyed my stay. Would definitely stay again.

This is very nice newly remodeled hotel. Very clean room and bathroom, comfortable pillows. The hotel's staff was very helpful and friendly. There is a breakfast café over the corner.

Well-Maintained But Lacking Cold Weather Comfort
The hotel is neat, well-maintained, and the staff was very professional. However, the room was not prepared for colder weather. With overnight temperatures in the low 40s, the heater only worked with a freezing fan, and the bedding was insufficient—a sheet and a thin polyester blanket that looked presentable but left me freezing. I couldn’t sleep due to the frigid conditions. It felt like an extra blanket was either forgotten or expected to be brought by guests.

This place has really comfortable beds. We showed late due to crossing the border taking longer than anticipated but the service was great!

Maybe not the best hotel
Was able to check in an hour early which was nice. The room was small, small bed and bathroom. Only a few working outlets, no shelf in the shower, and no space to place toiletries near the sink. Did not get any notice that the parking lot was being resurfaced and was told we needed to leave the room at 9 am or be stuck in the room till 1 pm or later. Also risked getting tarry material on our shoes which could be tracked where ever we walked afterwards.

Bit Noisy.
It was freshly renovated. Very clean. strange it never had any table lamps, or other normal room items you find in motel rooms like an alarm clock, or pen and paper. I was near the road and it was quite noisy. Also had some quite noisy neighbours, which could be heard quite well. Otherwise it was agreeable, basic accommodations for a fairly expensive area of Cali.

Dirty pillows and sheets.
The pillow cases were never washed and reeked of the previous person's odors. I slept without pillows that night. The blankets were also not changed. Again, they reeked of someone else's odors.

This place was terrible! It was so bad we only stayed the first night! We wouldn’t have but I didn’t know where else to go we got in so late. It’s the grossest place I’ve seen in my life. There was no way I would stay the second night, that I paid for. Orbitz is terrible at helping people also. I called two times only to be hung up by the automated system! Such a disappointment…
