Our stay in 2nd story suite was in the winter. We had a nice stay, and a terrific harbor and ocean view. The facility was clean, quiet and relatively well-stocked. TV screen was large with HBO available. Decor is simple and dated but commensurate for the price. Be aware that here is no elevator on-site, one takes stairs up to the Lobby. Kitchen and living room are warm and cozy. Space heaters however are used for the bedrooms; one was out of order. Kitchen was fully functional and equipped, but lacked Tablespoons. It took a long 5-10 minutes for the hot water to reach the shower. Water output was low as 1/3 of the shower head spray head openings were clogged. Staff is very friendly, parking and surrounding areas feel safe. Not our first stay here, and we will definitely return as long as the price is right.

Beautiful location and views, friendly staff. Pool is freezing and not heated. No food or water or vending machines. Watch out for raccoons on the property at night. Room was cold, however there was a nice fireplace. We will be back again

This hotel was amazing! I got the deluxe and it was more like a studio apartment than a hotel! Balcony, full kitchen, king size bed with all sorts of storage for your clothing! The area is beautiful and nice and the people around the area are even nicer. The staff was wonderful. I’ll definitely be back soon!!

The only thing was the harbor front, but our room over looked an open work roof with rapport that made noise constantly. The carpet was the cheapest you can buy and the lowest cut, like walking on cement. There were homeless beach bums around the property. Not safe, parking terrible and unfinished. Baths were ok, mattress was OK. No fit in sheets. No air cobs, no pets, even though that was one of my stipulations. You made over 40 dollars on me and sent me to a stressful experience.

Right on the water. Lovely views. Rooms were clean and spacious. Mattresses could use updating, they are very loud and not padded. Parking is kind of expensive and not super convenient. Overall it’s worth the low price.
