We reserved two rooms. Our first room smelled like a rotting carcass and the second room smelled like a tobacco factory even though the property is strictly non-smoking. They only had one other room available, and after moving to that room, we were bitten by fleas all night. This facility was deplorable. We had a long drive and were exhausted otherwise we would have left immediately and found something else. The staff was courteous and apologized but the rooms were truly disgusting.

Require photo ID’s from all adults staying in the room. $200 deposit. Very outdated property. Area felt unsafe. At least my room was not on the ground level and needed the room key to access the elevator/stairwell.

They literally had the nerve to charge an extra fee for a licensed service dog which was quickly reimbursed back by Expedia who acknowledged that this is highly illegal. Do not. Waste your money, go elsewhere.

If you don’t mind walking, it was close enough to downtown to walk. We took an Uber for dinner and walked back. One freeway on-ramp to negotiate, but it wasn’t horrible. Parking downtown is horrible so it was nice to leave the vehicle at the hotel.
