Parking was not easy to find. I wish I knew ahead of time there was a 35 dollar parking fee in the hotel basement before booking this room. Nonetheless, nice comfortable getaway.

They only had one elevator that I spent the week waiting on, they had no parking spots in the garage (full) and told the front desk I tried to find a spot but it was full and wanted to be sure I wasn't charged for it -- they charged me for it anyway ($38/day so now I have to fight them to take it off the bill); the maids cleaned my room only once in a six night stay after demanding it from the front desk; I told them twice I was leaving around 9:30am and please clean it, they wait several hours for you to return around 4PM to the room so they can then skip the cleaning and play the "I don't speak English" card to avoid working; there is a loud train that runs every 15 mins right behind the property, the weather and air quality here is awful. I travel a lot for work and will avoid Mariott hotels in the future.

There was many things wrong with this hotel. There was a puddle of urine in the bathroom, the elevator to the parking was broken, the elevator that was working was taking more then 10 mins to pick you up and take you down or up, you have to pay 35$ for parking when the parking outside was 25$ . When I went to get a different room it seemed to be a hassle for them. Over all won’t be staying there again.

There was no mention of any parking- which cost us $32 per day and we drive in multiple times and couldn’t find a spot. We had to drive around til one opened. The elevator is broken and showing it’s been that way for over a month.

This is NOT a place for someone with a handicap. The toilet was to low.There was no close parking and only 1 elevator worked.I was led to believe here was a roof top resturant and there was not. I will not stay here again.

The front desk lady helped me multiple days but she was definitely lacking in her service. 1 of the 2 elevators was broken, you couldn’t use an elevator at all from the parking garage and not once in 4 days did we see anyone attempting to fix the broken elevator. Wait times and crowds for the 1 working elevator were ridiculous as it was the slowest elevator in life! I also had to ask just to get our room cleaned. There was a lady doing the breakfast buffet who was extremely helpful and the proximity to the beach was fantastic!

Overall ok, but wouldn’t stay again. Only 1 lift was working, so waiting for the lift took a long time. You can’t get your bags to & from the underground parking, have to use the stairs. Parking is charged at $32 usd a night!! They should discount this at least, it’s absolutely ridiculous. Our room was right on the train tracks, it wasn’t too bad but would recommend another room if you’re a light sleeper. We had 2 beds and one had stains/marks on the top blanket. Bathroom was average.. pretty old school and rooms need a good modern renovation. Will be interesting to see how long it takes them to repair the lift!! Stayed in many other Marriotts and this one is not great at all.

Nice clean room. Easy check-in. Only complaint is in the morning, housekeeping opened our door at 930am while we were laying in bed. The sleeping/Do not disturb sign was on the door and it wasn’t even close to check out time.
