This was my first time at couples tower isles but it certainly won’t be the last. From start to finish my stay was exceptional. The room was really nice, the staff was so hospitable, and the food was delicious at every single restaurant. There’s nothing I tried there that I didn’t like. You will not be disappointed!! Everyone is very polite, happy to see you at any hour, and will get you whatever you need. The food is excellent at all the restaurants. The view from our 5th floor ocean view was amazing. Pools and property were properly cleaned. Food was good overall but you want reservations at a restaurant make sure to book 2-3 days ahead. Lots of activities were Included so make sure to take advantage of those. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

Beautiful setting, good food and the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The building and pools were definitely aging and in need of a facelift. Beach in this area is very rocky and full of seaweed, therefore didnt spend much time in the ocean. I do wish some of the noise from traffic on the road could be blocked, it made sitting on the balcony in the early mornings a little less enjoyable. Long drive from Montego Bay airport, but in my opinion well worth it for the privacy.
