Overall a great resort with the friendliest staff! Small enough to feel intimate but has enough to do between the different restaurants, pools, and excursions. Some of the rooms seem to have been recently upgraded with new furniture. Take the nature walk with Alfred, he's the best!

Room was ok. When we got there we were handed a room key in an envelope and then a lady came and took it back and sent us to a different room 5207. We didn’t care for the room since we could hear the cars all night. We asked to stay over on the other side of the resort where we had stayed three years ago and she said we cannot. Staff was very nice. Food was ok.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The resort was kept neat and clean. The rooms smelled tropical and fresh everyday. I don’t know how they do that. Even though there were plenty of activities, the front desk connected us with drivers and transportation to places we requested to go off site of the resort, which was to get authentic Jamaican cuisine.
