The hotel is awesome, staff as well. So much to do on property. I had a wonderful time. However, when leaving the hotel the tour guys and transport guys harass you to much for tips. They dont give you a chance to even offer.

Pros Property and beach were beautiful. Resort staff was super nice and friendly. Cons... female bathrooms around piano bar where completely disgusting. Food was mediocre at best. Drink mixers We're nasty. Extremely pushy sales staff at Check-in and check out, Almost have to get nasty with them. They will not take no for an answer.

My check in was very smooth.. when I got there they greeted me with a flower, complimentary drink, and a warm towel. Everroy was the person who checked us in and I’m telling you he was very patient with me..a nuff talking me gi him and him never fold 1 but..all he did was kept a smile on….I got a room upgrade from the north to the south or was it the other way around? Me nuh remember which is which.. (I initially booked the building without balcony and then upgraded to the one with balcony) BIG UP EVERROY The app needs to be updated because before my trip it told me that night life was only that Friday and Saturday night so that’s what I packed for, but when I got there something was going on every single night…the little poster in the elevator is what made us know what was going on and where… The club need to play more Jamaican music if you ask me me toad a the yankee mucis them… Natanya and Brianna big up unu…unu gwaan wild unu self ladies…. Otis who wears green top and khaki bottom big up you to sir me give you talking to and all you do was smile. Liquor and food 1000000 can’t complain.. I also want to say a special thank you to Charmaine Shenica and Javar over by sun deck…. I will recommend moon palace (which I already did) my overall experience was 10000000 thank you Ps.. the names mentioned above moon palace yuh afi keep them people deh no lie

Overall we had a great stay! The hotel is in the middle of the city and Friday and Saturday night we heard loud music until 2:30 am from a night club, and we were on the 11th floor. Made it hard for us to sleep those nights. Other than that, it was great.
