DO NOT STAY HERE — BED BUGS. This was a terrible experience from start to finish. Staff were consistently rude and unhelpful, often more focused on smoking outside than assisting guests. Basic requests were met with attitude. The “direct beach access” is misleading and limited unless you pay extra. Hot water is unreliable, Wi-Fi barely works, and the rooms are poorly maintained. We were bitten repeatedly at night and later confirmed it was bed bugs—even after being moved to a different room. I have photos for proof and had to see a doctor for treatment. Management was dismissive and dishonest about room availability, and staff tried to charge us for ridiculous things while we were dealing with this issue. We’ve reported this to the health department. If you care about cleanliness, honesty, or basic comfort, avoid this hotel at all costs.

The parking area was okay. I didn’t like the location of our room. When I booked for the room I requested the Ocean View, but it wasn’t. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The staff was exceptionally nice. The location was very convenient but my biggest disappointment was my room.
