Clean hotel and room overall. Generally comfortable. However, when checking in the girl at the desk was rude and acted has if we were more of a troublesome as opposed to guest. Her attitude was prevalent when she said "checkkng in with 2...Now that's a PROBLEM..." ad the room was booked with one guest...even though through Expedia I modified the reservation and paid for an upgraded room. I won"t recommend and I won't be staying again.

First room was not what was expected. Room was tiny and no windows. Second room was bigger but too much noise from the club next door. Breakfast was poor . Housekeeping and front desk staff were polite. Pool is dirty. Overall hotel is not what what it portrayed to be. Needs major upgrades

My entire stay was amazing. The front desk team was very helpful and courteous special commendations to Patrice she greeted us when we arrived. The room was just as expected and clean. Bartender was knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend to others.

The staff was invaluable. I didn't realize that Moonplace was literally within walking distance. While I think this hotel is excellent if you would like to “experience Jamaica like the locals,” Moonplace has way better amenities.

The entire staff was very courteous, friendly and provided great customer service. Our check-in was quick and without issues, Rihanna was very pleasant and provided great customer service. Our room was very clean and neat, bathroom was spotless. The dining staff was really nice and the food was delicious, we enjoyed our breakfast each morning. The hotel is small, affordable and very homely. Our room was cleaned everyday and the housekeeper was very pleasant. Hue was our front desk staff at check-out and process was really quick and he provided great customer service. Miss. Stevenson was always on hand to provide assistance as needed, she is friendly and pleasant.
