I’ve got to say, this hotel has some seriously amazing staff who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome! The rooms and bedding were spotless, and their breakfast was so good, it felt like you were dining at a fancy restaurant! For the price, it was definitely worth every penny.

The room was clean and cozy with all the amenities I needed. The Staff was super nice and welcoming. I also had the pleasure of sharing Jackfruit, with Ms. Yolanda... which is my favorite fruit. The breakfast was on point every morning, thanks to Mr. Campbell. If you're looking for a hotel with a personal touch and a comfortable stay, don't hesitate, this is it!

The.property is a hidden gem in the heart of Ocho Rios. My room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very satisfying, and the staff was very pleasant. Truly a great find!

I liked most things about the property, the room was nice, however I booked a junior suite to accommodate 4 adults but it would have been more comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children because the space was a bit cramped. The food was quite good and the staff was quite friendly and professional. the hotel gave a nice comfortable feel overall. I think a game room with a pool table and a dart board etc, a TV etc would enhance the experience in my opinion. The pool is nice but it is untiled and the pool area needs more shade from the sun. Overall I was pleased with the experience and I would definately stay there again.

I recently stayed at the Sago Palm Hotel in Jamaica and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the security and front desk staff were friendly, approachable, and very helpful throughout my stay. Their warm attitude made check-in and general interactions pleasant. However, there are some areas that could use improvement. The dining options are very limited, so if you’re looking for variety, you may need to plan to eat elsewhere. There was also a noticeable odor in certain areas, which affected the overall comfort. One major concern was the $200 deposit policy. I was told it would be held and then released, but instead, it was charged to my card. I had to follow up with the hotel afterward to have it resolved, which was inconvenient and disappointing. Overall, while the staff’s friendliness is a plus, the lack of dining options, lingering odor, and deposit handling issues made the stay less enjoyable than expected.

Nice Hotel
