Very nice

All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

The hotel was nice. My room should have been better for the price. There was paint on the floor. Refrigerator was not pleasant looking and all the drinks inside was luke warm. The bathroom sinks the water went out very slow, so the settled there for awhile. Annoying. They did come up and finally clean the paint up after the second day. They left us one washcloth on the third day and none on the 4th night. We called and told the cleaning lady and we never got them.

Travelled with our 2 kids, 5 and 4. The best amenity is the kids club. The staff there are very good and connect with the kids well. I cannot say the same for the remaining staff. The security personnel would pass a smile and say hello. Outside of that the other staff seem unhappy to be there. Not welcoming and buffet staff don't even want to speak more than a word, rarely saw a smile. Out of all their restaurants the Italian was the only good one, others were very average. I had to ask for toiletries 4!!!! Times over 2 days and unsure why they wouldn't give any. This is an average experience compared to other all inclusives we have stayed at in Jamaica.

Hotel was great. Our only complaint is with tropic tours which is who the hotel directs you to for transfer to and from the airport. They do not tell you that it is a shared shuttled that goes to multiple resorts and makes you wait for an hour for other passengers before it even leaves the airport. We flew 2 hours to get there then spent 4 hours sitting on a bus which cut in to our already short weekend getaway. I refused to go back with the bus which similarly wanted us to meet hours before we needed to leave for the airport and they refused to refund me even my return ticket so that I could take a taxi instead.
