Staff were lovely, from reception to the restaurant, all excellent. Room was comfortable, but no mini fridge, which to me is a negative, and the bathroom was very tired, with some mildew-mould that should be addressed. The bed was very comfortable, and we travelled with our little dog and staff were nice with us helping us navigate the fact he wasn't welcome in the restaurant. Would be nice to have dog areas for eating, which is readily available in Germany, some in Sweden too.

The worst hotel that I have ever booked. Small room. Room doesn't have even a refrigerator. I got back pain as the mattress was the worst one ever slept on it. Just a bed box and something like mattress on it. And no house keeping was carried during 5 days stay.

Thsi property is close to the University of Southern denmark, which was great for me from a location perspective. The lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room was a downside: waking with jetlag at 4am and not being able to make a coffee isn't helpful
