Great garni with well equipped apartments, spotless from top to bottom, nice ski/boot room and good location with a fairly short walk to both cablecars

The location is good: a 10-minute walk from the Old Town. The rooms are clean. In terms of looks, it isn't a very attractive hotel; the rooms are functional but very minimalist and dated. Breakfast is standard—nothing special.

This was by far the most personalized stay we’ve ever had at a hotel. We were personally shown to the room and all amenities were explained. The amazing staff thought of every detail. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salzburg!

This place was awful. You cannot get a response from them, the apartment faces an alley of dumpsters and it is on a major bus line so is incredibly noise. It is very hot - over 90 degrees in the unit. We were given two fans - one was completely broken, the other barely worked and made a clicking sound all night. We left after only one night because it was so bad. No refund was given or consideration for the terrible experience. Do not book here.
