I traveled via i80 and its right off the interstate, great location for shopping or grabbing some food. My room was clean and spacious. I would stay here again if ever traveling via i80 in NE. The breakfast was great no complaints whatsoever. Checking in was smooth and easy, great customer service

The desk clerk got defensive upon check-in when I asked if I could have a "more economical room" (lower rate) than what was booked, if such was available. I thought it was a simple question. After their negative reaction I didn't bother asking anymore questions. When I walked into the room, I found the bed had not been made since the previous guest's stay! The staff, however, was cheerful and apologetic in giving me another room.
