I booked a room through Expedia, paid, and got confirmation. When we arrived they said there was a “glitch” and they didn’t have a room for us. That left me scrambling to find an alternative. Not a good experience.

The individual who checked us in was not overly friendly. Maybe having a bad day. The 25$ fee for snacks is ridiculous. Not something I used so maybe just asking would be more appropriate. Couldn’t connect to the WiFi and apparently it’s not free unless you join something. And the coffee resembled colored water and tasted like water. The breakfast staff were all great and so was the brief interaction with the individual at the front desk at checkout. I don’t stay in a hotel/motel often but when I’m paying what u asked I didn’t expect these issues. I’ve stayed at the quality inn and super 8 in ogallala over the last few years and they have free WiFi and the staff was always pleasant.

Nice hotel

We had a comfortable stay at this Hampton Inn. Bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was very clean. We were worried when we stepped off the elevator on our floor and it smelled strong of wet dog. However, our room smelled fresh.

The hotel was in great shape and very clean. My only complaint was with the gym. There were two treadmills, and one worked for a while, then just started sporadically shutting down while I was running. I switched to the second unit, and it didn’t work at all. Other than the gym, this was a nice stay!
