Our room was dirty had wrappers and food behind the nightstand and by the bed we told the front desk also light was burned out. We came back and all they had done was change the lightbulb room still dirty mirror dirty we got another room. The tub had too much hair in the drain. Couldn’t even let the water out hardly hardly and had some lids on the floor from the people before us. We did not get an apology or anything for having to change rooms or for the dirty room. Also, there was a fourth of a row of toilet paper in the room when we checked in, we had to go get another roll from the desk again no apology from the desk clerk

I didnt like anything about this property, the lobby stunk there was old appliances stacked up next to the entry the room stunk and had stains on pillows, didnt pull the sheets back to see them we did not stay, asked for a refund booked another room thru expedia where we booked this room no refund from the property manager or expedia!

Checked in for 5 minutes. Our room was dirty and the are was very unsafe. I talked to the desk clerk and he said there was nothing he could do and would not give me a manager contact. Wasted our money for 5 minutes at the hotel.

One thing I would really really love the hotel to do is post on their room.Doors that they might be extremely hot to touch. I burned my forearm, pretty good opening the door because it was facing the sun and it was a metal door.

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. This Quality Inn seemed to be a bit run down but it appears that the management is working on remodeling some of the rooms and common areas.

This is an outside room entrance and they have wall units connected to outside for A/C room was very stuffy and those units set off my allergies. Room was clean, just smelled damp from unit.

We have stayed here several times, coming and going to visit family in the mountains. Make no mistake, this is a budget hotel. That said, the beds are extremely comfortable, the rooms are clean with a decent TV and an OK shower. An above-average breakfast, and they are very friendly. We will be back.

Breakfast was very nice several items to choose from. Dog fee on their site was listed at $15/dog, but has been raised to $25/pet. Lots of construction on the interstate so confusing getting off at Ogallala right now. They are remodeling areas of the motel now too. Entrances to rooms are from the outside and be aware it is two stories but there is NO elevator. Has area to walk dogs but no bags available that I saw but brought my own. Overall a 2 star motel a bit overpriced.
