Staff is extremely helpful, shout-out to Dan the night shift Desk Man! Very clean hotel and great breakfast! We stayed with our kids the pool is also very clean and hot tub. We will definitely stay here again!

This is by far one of the best properties I’ve stayed at. The only down side for this particular stay, was my interaction with staff upon checking in. They were defensive toward any questions I had about their check-in procedure.

I was hoping for a jetted tube and had asked for one being the fact I was in a King suite and the night front desk said there wasn’t any available. However I went online as a member for The comfort stay and actual had one available but because my current room was more he did not want to switch. Very bad customer service.
