Terrible Experience – Do NOT Stay Here

We booked this hotel for a two-night family vacation while attending the Summer League, but the experience was awful from the moment we arrived. The property was filthy and clearly not maintained. They placed us in a room way in the back of the hotel, and to make matters worse, the elevator was broken — completely unacceptable considering we had luggage and children with us. We were expecting a fun family trip, but instead, I felt genuinely unsafe. After checking in, I looked at the reviews on the hotel’s own website and was horrified by what others had experienced. I immediately regretted booking here. The hotel was dirty, outdated, and gave off a sketchy vibe. I didn’t feel safe bringing my family inside, let alone staying the night. We ended up checking out right after we checked in and booked a room elsewhere. I attempted to get a refund, but the manager was conveniently never available. Overall, this was a huge disappointment and a complete waste of time. Avoid this place at all costs.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility was clean but lacking in maintenance. Could see daylight around wall a/c unit in room and carpet was fairly worn and faded, Some cracked tile and wall in bathroom that was sort of patched with caulking. Overall, a decent place to stay and convenient to what we had planned. A little more upkeep would have made it nicer.

Frugal place

Mid place too stay. Breakfast needs help. Pool and hot tub were great! Front desk staff was a little rough. Good bang for your buck but don't pay more than 110 A night or it is not worth it!

I had selected this hotel for the hot tub after a long day driving. I checked in and went down and, alas, the hot tub was not hot. Another family had also selected the hotel for the same reason. We were both disappointed in cool water being pumped out of the jets. In addition, the toilet seat in my room was broken. I reported it to the receptionist on check-out.

The front desk staff is amazing! My son traveled to Utah for his grandfather’s funeral. I’d booked in advance on Expedia but realized a deposit may be required upon check in and didn’t want my son worrying about that. I called and a woman at the front desk basically said no problem. Sent me the required form which I promptly returned and when my son arrived to check in after 11:30pm he had no issues. Thank you so much! Your assistance meant a lot.

Catfished! The pictures are not at all the conditions of this hotel. Booked with the hopes of relaxing in the hot tub. Pool area was gross & the hot tub was barely warm water. Disappointed!

Everything seemed clean and in working order, but we did not visit the pool, so I cannot speak to it's cleanliness. Stayed here twice on our trip to visit family (there and back). Would definitely stay here again.
