The room was filthy. There were hairs visible on all sorts of surfaces, including one huge black one right on top of the tissue box. There were handprints visible on bathroom walls and the headboard. We weren’t able to receive a refund or get another refund on the next night, which we cancelled immediately after seeing the room. We paid for 2 nights initially and weren’t even able to transfer those to a clean hotel. As a result, we’ll ever go to another ConfortbInn and we are done with using hotels.com.

The hotel was older. The staff at the front desk was friendly, very professional. Our beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff at breakfast were hard workers and very nice. Good place to stay.

The room was okay for the price. No towels in the pool area, the hot tub was not hot was luke warm. The walls and ceiling are paper thin so it was hard to sleep with all the noise. The breakfast was almost empty and did not get refilled in a timely manner. The pillows were super small and the bed was super hard. I will send the little bit extra for a better hotel next time.
