Toilet didnt flush, plug to tub was broken and the staff was aware and didnt do anything about it. Heater was loud and they put a football team on the floor above us and they were stomping on the floor tell 2 am. The breakfast was nothing and it was very disappointing.

No mention online that breakfast would be impacted, free breakfast was the entire reason we chose a hotel over Airbnb but ended up having to spend extra eating out for breakfast all 3 days we stayed. They had no hot food options, just bagels, bread, and tiny muffins, and didn’t even refill what limited items they had out each day. There was a single waffle maker that was constantly busy, because it’s a SINGLE waffle maker. I don’t blame staff (except not refilling in the morning), the hotel should make it clear that both parking and breakfast would be impacted by the renovations BEFORE booking. Parking was terrible and we had to park far and walk to the hotel with our bags. Stairwell and elevator was unclean, generally most of the areas weren’t terrible clean. I blame the guests.

Staff were kind and courteous. Pool area was unsafe, transfer chairs, for the disabled, were rusty. Hot tub was lukewarm and the pool was extremely cold. Room was clean except for the sheer curtains above the heater which were filthy. We felt the heater were filthy as well.

Hot breakfast was unavailable due to renovations. We saw no renovations but apparently it prevented them from serving their normal food. This location is very outdated compared to the Hampton Inn chain of hotels. The beds were very uncomfortable and didnt feel stable. The elevator needs maintenance and doesnt work properly. This was disappointing because we always choose Hamptons because of consistancy among the properties. This location is not up to the normal standards. Staff was amazing and kind.

Not bad...

The customer service was great. Check in was very easy. There was not enough parking. We had to park in another business's parking lot that said, "no overnight parking." Our room was nice and large, but there was something sticky on the floor in front of the the fridge when we got there, so that was kind of gross. They're doing some lobby remodeling I guess, so there was only one table in the breakfast area, and little to no food choices. I'm sure it will be better when it is finished.

Everything was great but there was a bit of construction going on when we went, they do put it in their info to let people know that they’re under construction and for how long so it is to be expected. Staff was super understanding and explained why breakfast was smaller

The rooms were clean. The food in the sports bar restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was good. The carpet in the hallways seemed dark and dingy though. That was something I thought needs changed.
