Check in was perfect, very welcoming & accommodating. The first room however, was super clean and ready to sleep in, upon going to shower however the faucet popped off the wall. The caulking was not dry and allowed the faucet to launch off. The door plate wasn't secured to the frame, allowing you to push the door open with minimal force. I talked to the front desk, they promptly moved my room across the hall and all was well.
