The hotel room was dated, carpet very unclean, no lights in the hall so I had to use my mobile torch everytime I wanted to unlock the door. Some of the lamps in the room were also not functional. But it's close to a tram station that gets you to the city centre in 20 mins. And the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Thry even provided an iron upon request.

Very noisy with windows open. People yelling in street. Too warm in rooms with windows closed. Pillows were useless. Breakfast is very plain. No hot options.

Everything is good but it is quite cold there since there is no sun coming in

Clean apartment, easy check in and out process. Grocery shops vert close

Took us almost 1 hr 15 mins to get room allotted even though we had done online check in ahead of time. The front desk needed to collect about 8euros in room fee, and there was about 6 guests ahead of us, all of us waiting for over an hour. Front office staff was slow, and while we were watching, two guests came back complaining they have been allotted rooms which were not cleaned, and one room was already occupied by female guests. Service was slow and very unprofessional. It was almost 8:15 by the time we were given a room, garden view was literally just a walk out into the lawn (no view as such), room was smelling damp, and obe set of bath towels only (no hand towel or tissues in the bathroom!). By the time we settled into room, no energy left to enjoy the spa or pool area. Breakfast was really good though. The hotel is far from airport so keep an hour at least for commute time.
