room was a little small, but perfect for 2 people. room was clean and neat and wasn’t sketchy at all. view of ocean staff was pretty. the only downside was, is the walls are a little thin where you can hear the people next to you. staff was super nice and accommodating, recommend for a stay!

The rooms are always clean and you always have what you need, the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a beautiful place we stay a night every other weekend at least and have never been disappointed.

We had a very nice stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, which is always the top priority. The shower/bath had lots of hot water and great pressure. The heater lamp in the bathroom was a nice lil touch. The location is great as the center of the beach is right across the street, we popped over for some quick pics and a picturesque stroll even in the chilly winter climate. The pool area was nice and warm and clean. We didn’t get to use the hot tub as a bunch of kids set up shop. Oh well. Only cons were the bed could use updating, the mattress sides weren’t very sturdy and the walls were thin (bring a fan). The outlet shops and restaurants near by provided ample entertainment for a weekend getaway. We would stay here again.

Check in went smoothly. We had a nice (albeit small) room with an ocean room in the Atrium building. There were only two small stools on which to set, so we brought in the two chairs that were on the balcony. The only negative issue we had was during our stay the maintenance staff updated all of the keycard systems in our building except ours. That meant upon returning to our room carrying some bundles, we found that we could get into the building. It would have been nice to get a heads up.

Door locking system was not working properly. Every time we needed to get into our room we had to walk the length of the building in single digit weather to get a worker to come unlock the door. Late Sunday evening when we came in they offered us a room on the third floor. We declined. Very disappointed with their attitude, no hospitality on their part.

Great room, the King Atrium partial view was beautiful, clean, and cute. One less star for how cold our room was. The balcony door is not weatherproofed so that side of the room had an icy draft on the ground. No issue in all other seasons except winter!
