Great location just north of Ogunquit center and 30 minutes south of Kennebunkport (and a lot less expensive than K!). Nice breakfast restaurant on site . The property needs better lighting near rear entrance which is a busy entry for rear rooms. It was pitch black at night! Was a little disappointed that we missed the complimentary glass of champagne by 20 minutes with no exception to be had.
