We have stayed here for years and it has always been a great experience. This year was our first year under the new ownership and it definitely has changed. The cost is significantly higher (which ok, fine, everything is on the rise) HOWEVER, the wallpaper was literally peeling off the walls, we ran out of toilet paper, and were given a token for a bottle of champagne for which we were given two glasses rather than a bottle? It was still an AMAZING weekend in Maine, but our stay was disappointing for the first time.

Fairly quiet. Close to downtown and beach. Complimentary water, coffee, champagne provided which was fantastic. Only downside is it smelled a bit musty and there's no breakfast provided

It is an average hotel. The best part is that it is walking distance to the beach and to the main street where there are lots of restaurants and shops. Over priced for what it is.
