Too many fees

We have been going to Juniper Hill Inn for 25 years and since they have sold it to another buyer there are now so many added fees that we have finally said goodbye They have $30 early check in $25 each day resort fee no breakfast at all which used to be included plus $30 if you cancel we're going to look around

Sadly, recent negative reviews are true. Promised every other day housekeeping never was delivered. Front desk staff appear to be too busy to help guests. The location is great but I would suggest staying somewhere else until staffing issues are resolved.

I have stayed at this property for five years. Suddenly they now wanted to charge $30 to check in an hour and a half early. There was barely anyone at the property. It has never been an issue in the past. I think next year I will b trying a different property.

The room they were putting us was terribly musty. The only person that was pleasant was the housekeeper. They finally put us in another room and it cost us an additional $65.00. They were very unpleasant. It was not a great start to our mini vacation.

Beautiful property and a great room. Shower needs to be looked at and the water isn't very hot but just a first world problem that I noticed. Great hot tub outside! Wonderful, friendly staff! Loved my entire stay and would definitely come back!
