Just an overnight stay. Easy check in, got a room on the first floor. Quiet area, parked right by the front door. Breakfast was okay but for a quick stay, exactly what we needed.

The room appeared clean but the carpet was damp. Not sure why. Small repairs in room needed but the flooring on the lobby level is in awful shape and that is a first impression. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful though.

So grateful for the easy & plentiful parking, the walking distance to Walgreens, Joe's Coffee Shop (home of the "bennie"), and Hannaford's (Maine's versatile & plentiful grocery story where we could get meals to enjoy on the beachfront in town). Felt super safe going for a walk since the police station is across the street by Hannaford's. Loved discovering the country roads just around the corner with a farm stand of flowers & fruit. Love the decor in the lobby. Easy drive to the bustling downtown of York, which made us grateful for the quiet location of this Microtel. The daily breakfast could use better/more fruit and real cream for coffee. The staff was super helpful. Thanks for a great stay!
