I had to wait until almost 4 pm for my room to be ready. The room is very nice but unfortunately I had to leave early the next day since I had a medical emergency. I would have wanted to spend more time on property.

The guest upstirs from me were extremely loud from 10PM till at least 1AM in the morning. The hotel manager addressed the problem. They cursed at him. He was a whimp. He should of asked them to leave but didn't have the courage to do so. This continued for three night's with no resolurtion. I asked for a partial refund and he said go to the people you booked the trip with. Such a sad manager.

Nice!

We enjoyed the room, but not listening to people sit in lawn chairs outside of the rooms. It gave the hotel more of a low brow feel, but the prices do not reflect that!

The property was easy to get in and out , it was a short distance to get to the beach , the rooms are very clean and comfortable, the staff are very nice and polite , i would recommend this place to my family and friends

The king room was gigantic. It was very clean. There was a very large bathroom. We had a couch and also a table and chairs with a spacious small fridge. Nice coffee maker and also free coffee in the office. The pool was enormous and so was the covered hot tub Our only issue was the traffic noise on the very busy street. They advertise a balcony with a river view, but the river is so far away and mostly blocked by other buildings. The walk to Footbridge Beach was convenient and there is a trolley stop outside too.

Stay was ok. Staff not that knowledgeable. No safe in the rooms. Hot tub water looked dirty. Pool was clean. Lots of yard games to play and outdoor seating which was nice. Nice area connected to the office with coffee, tea, and microwave. Not as close to town as we’d like. Not near the ocean at all. Construction site across the street views and parking lot views only. Beach is not within walking distance. Would not stay here again .

Heavy urine smell

Checked in got to the room. The room had a heavy urine odor. Contacted the front desk. They were sold out.. and only offered to “fabreeze” the room. With us having a new born child. We just decided to relocate.

From the picture it didn’t show outside entry door, because we had pets we were given a room with an outside door that had damage to it like someone had already tried to break in, I usually try to avoid staying in these kind of hotels. Also spider webs behind the door in the room but otherwise clean
