I had a lovely stay. I was pleasantly surprised that our room had been updated since the pictures were taken. You can tell the entire property has received updates recently or are in progress. Great pool area with lots of loungers! Technically walkable into Ogunquit center. Multiple food options also within walking distance. Would absolutely stay again!

This is a great choice walk to beach, new outdoor pool also indoor pool, free breakfast.. coffee tea justice etc.. many room newly renovated quiet yet walk to many many great restaurants… property is on the channel so at low tide walk to beach at high tide rent kayaks.. this is a GEM of a spot

Staff are kind and helpful. Property is older but was well kept with obvious improvements having been done. Indoor pool was good, towels provided. Laundry facility was good, could buy detergent at front desk. Our efficiency apartment was convenient with the kitchenette and a little more space for our family. Kitchenette was very basically stocked with dishes and cutlery (one pot, no cutting board or knife) but we managed. Room was worn, needs a deep cleaning in corners and baseboards but bathroom and kitchen was clean. Good value for the convenience and the location.

The room was updated compared to the photos but only one of the sides of the floating nightstands worked(outlets and light didn’t work). There was no fan in the bathroom which would fog and steam up during a shower.

I like the size of the two bedroom suites. I did not like the fact that it had a kitchenette, but it was very minimally stocked. There were no bowls, no mixing utensils, only two pans a few plates and cups. The indoor pool is supposed to be heated, but it was cold. It lacked a playground for children.

We rented two rooms side by side for girls night. We just have a great time. This is my 2nd time staying here and we do not have 1 bad thing to say. Will be back

Nice place will stay there again. Couple of problems. 1. Room temperature was below 60 degree's F. upon arrival. Took till 2:00 AM to heat the cabin up. 2. Coffee was not replaced on the second day. 3. TV (Amazon fire) remote did not work consistently.

Overall a solid B. Was clean. Spacious. There were some minor electrical issues. Lots of scuff marks on the walls. And it seems like they ran out of money on the renovation of the room. Room just didnt feel finished. Staff was very nice. Would come back again.
