We had a wonderful time at the Ogunquit Tides. Check In was a breeze and everyone was kind and accommodating. It was the perfect location for all the the activities we had planned. Looking forward to returning in the future.

The room was very spacious, a lot of room to move around. The bathroom seemed like it was under repairs with a missing time near the ahower. Insulation was showing. The shower floor felt like it was going to give way in the middle. The balcony was out back was covered in dirt and pollen. Yrs i k oe it was outside. But IMHO if you know you jave people staying it ahould have been cleaned, the pollen was caked on. Not just a days worrh. But over all it was a nice placr. And a short ealk to the waters edge.

Nice location!!

The bedroom was good size and pretty comfortable. The AC unit kept shutting off and the toilet was running the whole time. The toilet and shower area was pretty tiny. You had to step in the room and close the door so you could use them. Other than that it was very clean and had everything we needed. Pool was great size and clean. Place was centrally located which was very good.

Great stay at the Tides. Checkin was quick and easy an hour early. Had two bedroom room which was very spacious and clean. The pool was beautiful, large and clean, they also have indoor pool that was clean. Kayak and bike rental on site. Felt very safe there also gave free breakfast with toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt danishes and muffins. Great stay will definitely go back again

This hotel is a scam

The place is a scam. It markets itself as a resort but is actually a cheap motel. A few observations: staff is unfriendly and un-helpful, at checkin the guy at the front desk basically handed me the room key and didn’t even tell me where to go. They say there is internet but it’s sporty at best. The continental breakfast is a joke: there are oatmeal packets but no water to make them. There is yogurt in the fridge but some of the containers look like they burst and no one bothered to get rid of them. However, they do have a tip basket out: not sure what they want to be tipped for. The breakfast room is not manned except there was an employee making strange notices in the “employee room” next door. The pool does not have towels, you have to bring your own, that’s fine for a motel but not a resort. All of this would be fine if they did not misrepresent themselves but they charged upwards of $500 a night for this. I think this is a scam and hotels.com needs to check who they are doing business with before advertising this place.

This place is amazing. It comes with complimentary continental breakfast, options to rent kayaks and bikes, and great views of the river and ocean beyond. The staff were kind and informative. Indoor and larger outdoor pools onsite. Our room had a balcony and water views. You can walk over the river during low tide to get to the beach, or take a longer walk to get to Footbridge beach. Restaurants within walking distance. Cute downtown area with a ton of shops and restaurants are just down the street, where there's also boat tours and the beautiful Marginal Way walking path. Would def stay again!

We loved this resort. The cleanliness of the 2 pool areas, office and breakfast areas were alway very clean. We were surprised at how big the outdoor pool was. Having the river right behind the resort was great.We loved walking down and spending time there. We definitely will stay here again.
