Nice and cozy location. Not the owners fault, but lack of phone signal was a bit of a bummer. Wifi made up for it. Strong connection. Overall a great place to have a honeymoon if you like quiet locations.

Meh, good distance to the ocean and beach. The floors needed a good mopping, walking around barefoot in the room my feet turned black. Shower was much different and much smaller than the pictures shown during booking. One of the bed side lamps didn't even reach an outlet nor was plugged in. Not bad overall. Curtains on sliding glass door should be bigger. People can see in, not very private.

Great spot across from Long Sands Beach where we were able to bring our dog . Got a lovely upgrade to a larger room . Everything was super clean, nice towels . Didn't really walk around the property at all so can't say much about the pool ....but we will definitely be back next year for a longer stay !

This is our fourth year staying here. We keep coming back because it’s a great spot. The rooms are nice. There’s a pool. It’s right across the street from the beach. Walkable to places to eat and/or grab a drink. There are several different room options depending on your needs. Always a friendly staff. They’ve been doing renovations, so I imagine it will just keep getting better.

The room was very comfortable. We loved the proximity to the beach and decks with a view of the ocean. We are 5 adult sisters and would have appreciated a bigger coffee pot and 5 coffee cups, but we managed. Being from California, we were thrilled to be able to just walk across the street to watch the sun rise over the Atlantic! Thank you, we are very pleased with our stay.

The common areas need a cleaning. Especially the carpets in the hallways. Not a deal breaker, but would help. If you stay - be for-warned there are a lot of dogs since the hotels accepts pets. We had barking every night and morning - not overly troublesome. The staff is very nice. The location across the street from the beach is fantastic.
