Very nice staff. Wait to check in was way too long. There was another representative that just stood around while a long line formed. This was difficult for me as I had dinner reservations for a special affair I was trying to make it to on time. This felt very rude.

Unusual location but a nice hotel
We were not expecting that the hotel would be on a busy road in a commercial area surrounded by a car wash, gas station, restaurants and a supermarket. But we were pleased by the quality of the room and the nice breakfast buffet. The staff was helpful with tourism info and assisting with a restaurant reservation. The hotel is about a 20 minute drive from downtown San Sebastian and Donostia. That was an acceptable tradeoff for us as the B&B Donostia room rate was much lower than the hotels by the beach. There are several restaurants in or next to the building and a Carrefour supermarket next door. Despite all the commercial activity and a busy major road, the room was quiet.

Nice hotel only a taxi ride away from San Sebastián! Very beautiful modern room with a really comfy bed! Exactly what we needed for our trip to San Sebastián and a lot cheaper than finding anywhere in the centre of San Sebastián!

The hotel was a little expensive considering how far away it was from San Sebastian. If was very hard to find. There was no free water or coffee/tea. The breakfast was too expensive for what you get. Don't buy the breakfast.

Hotel was new, very clean and comfortable. Price was also fair. It's a bit far from the center of San Sebastian, about 20 minutes by car.

Ideal. Simple room, comfortable and clean. Good, friendly, efficient service. One reservation: breakfast isn't great. If you like the Euro "6 cuts of meat" thing then you're good to go, but otherwise you'll be glad there's a Carrefour just across the street. And the hotel is slightly out of the way. But the place itself is very good.

Not as advertised
We kept driving by the hotel because it had changed names which was a bit confusing. But by the time we figured that out everything went well. It is now called simply sleep. The location is good if you want something right off the highway but there are no facilities around. The bus only takes 20 min to get in and out of San Sebastian and is very convienant. We also loved the backlighting on the wall.

Excellent hotel in easy access to St Sebestiene
The hotel was new , modern and very well managed all staff very pleasant and helpful. Roomsmodern and beds huge and super comfortable. Breakfast had everything we needed

Nice hotel.
The hotel has changed it's name, that was a bit of a problem. The bed was Big and comfortable, shower great with gels, soap and shampoos. Check in/out was easy and front desk personal very pleasant.
