It’s hot my heart.

Completely beautiful. Everything is perfect, the atmosphere, the delicacy, the lighting, the artwork, the music, the service. Rumi, Kenji and other members of staff are so so friendly. They made me feel like I was in a home away from home. Whilst also having a completely unique experience. The private hot spring bath outdoors at the back of the hotel is out of this world. So dreamy. Beppu is an incredible space and city to be in and staying here just made it so much more special.

3時半にチェックインしようとしたにも関わらず、既に駐車場8台は満車。早い者勝ちはいかがなものか。近隣に移動したが、場所が分かりづらかった。 良い点はたくさんあった。ルームキーがカードレスで便利。何といっても温泉が素晴らしかった。とろみがあるお湯で、肌がツルツルに。 駐車場と女性スタッフの愛想のなさ以外は、コスパの良いホテルだと思う。又利用します。

フロントの方も丁寧な接客でした。ホテルは少し古さを感じますが綺麗に清掃され温泉もよかったです。大分駅すぐなので利便性もよく動きやすかったです。

大分駅の近くで交通便が良い場所。スタッフさんは皆さん親切でした。施設は古めでしたが、掃除はきちんとしてありました。 食事は全て外に出たからわかりません。 14階の温泉に朝入りましたが、かなりのぬる湯でした。トロントロンのいい泉質だったから、雨の日で少し肌寒い5月だったから、温度がもう少し高めなら最高でしたが、ちょっと残念です。

利用者の立場に立つて対応するホテル

ホテル予約が、１日ずれて昨日であった。そのことがチェックアップ時にわかり、近辺に宿泊できるホテルを探すことをお願いしたが、該当するホテルなく困ってました。 その時、マネージャーからの提案あった。 ①前日の宿泊料はもらっている。 ②今日は当ホテルも満室である。 ③しかし冷蔵庫が故障である部屋1室がある。 ④そこで良ければ宿泊料は昨日頂いからら提供する。 この様な有り難い提案を頂き宿泊でき感謝してる。 素晴らしいホテルである。

天然温泉付きのビジネスホテル

出張時に利用。駅近で便利な立地です。 大浴場があるのでのんびりすることができた。館内はすごい綺麗な訳ではないが、宿泊するだけなら気にならない。
