The staff was fantastic Kayla was uplifting and very caring. The amenities are very run down and uncomfortable first room refrigerator and heating did not work. They moved me the next day. To a working room.

The room was clean and as usual the staff at this location is extremely nice. It's an older hotel that needs some work. Great breakfast and the perfect hotel if you are coming to Okeechobee to fish. Plenty of boat parking with outside outlets to charge your batteries and it has a screened in fish house.

No hot water, heater/ac did not work (it was in the 30's the night I stayed there, only one thin blanket on the bed, no extra blankets in closet area. I paid $163 for this room - I had been discharged from the hospital from injuries and needed a comfortable place to stay for the night. I was freezing! Great staff, very kind.

Very friendly staff. Room was generally clean on arrival but very run down and just not comfortable. Lamp by bedside was unplugged and no where to plug it in or to plug in phone charger except opposite side of room on the floor. Breakfast was adequate at best. Security door at end of hall was broken and propped open the entire time. We received no housekeeping service during our 3 night stay. If we were supposed to request it we weren’t informed at check in. We would not recommend this hotel to others.

Parking was free and easy. Check in was quick. Hair dryer did not work in my room. No refrigerator in room or coffee maker. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. And check out was quick and easy.
