I check-in and with 15 min checked out. The property was old and dirty, no elevator (you had to walk up a flight of rickety stairs) there was an unpleasant smell, lumpy beds and pillows, and the hotel had NO soap, none in the entire hotel!

I think the whole place needs renovating. The check in was decent, but then the rooms need new drapes, painting, furnishings. The old furniture that’s in the lobby and room have a smell and look dirty. They don’t help and need getting rid of. I realize the customer rate is probably low and finances are probably low too, but the appearance and first impressions sell or break a possible stay. We don’t normally stay in Days Inn, however, there wasn’t a hotel of our choice there. I probably would not stay there again. Probably get something in town.

Ok but don’t expect breakfast

The room was good although the controller to the tv didn’t work. The property is on an inlet off the lake, not directly overlooking the lake as the description alludes to. It states that a hot continental breakfast is included however do not plan on having breakfast here. We walked in to a couple of slices of bread and some dried up eggs and that was it. No waffle batter, cereal, muffins etc. Asked at reception if more was coming out and the answer was a simple no. There is a delicious cafe over the road though which we would highly recommend for breakfast.

I got hit in the head with a bathroom curtain rod that was not having nothing holding it there except be snug in between the walls got cut on my head ask to speak to manager and was she not in and asked for name and gave me her wrong name and hers and no help from the phone call the next day and rudely hung up because the name s I were giving were fake thank goodness Expedia for trying to help stay away from this place Thk God it was for a half a night
