The room was not properly cared for started with the remote for the TV did not properly work furniture chair for the table was missing in the bathroom there was supposed to be a coffee maker was missing but they put packs of coffee there don't know how you were supposed to use it with no coffee maker and I found out that the shower was unsafe to use scolding hot water burnt my hand upper body chest area and they took a $150 deposit do not know why they would do that when I already prepaid and for only one night stay and I found out later that they did not refund me my $150 and when I called they gave me the run around to get my money back and it took me a week to get my money back thanks goodness for that so for anyone daring to stay at this hotel check your credit card statement closely. Also they're continental breakfast is a joke a very poor setup.

I enjoyed my stay. Bed was firm but comfortable. Pillows were exceptionally nice; soft and malleable. Staff were pleasant. That being said, a real desk chair would be good, and there were too few electrical outlets near the desk (and no USB ports). Also better light at the desk. There was a chemical cleaning agent smell in the room.This was not an issue for me, but this would be un-acceptable to my wife, were she here, and also to several other friends who are chemically sensitive. It was a reasonable value for an olser motel.

Only problem I had was the bed in room 129 that is too high up you need a step ladder to get into the bed it very dangerous to get out of the bed needs to be changed out to a lower bed easy to get in easy to get out other than that they're very nice place to stay thank you for your help in this matter I would like to stay again and come back thank you again.

First off I’d like to say the staff were awesome and the mattress was very comfy. Very helpful and personable front desk attendants. Everything was as clean and comfy as you can expect from a property in the condition this particular hotel is in. The only reason I am leaving a low rating is because of the need for a complete remodel on this property. The place has great bones and sooo much potential to creat much more revenue, it just needs an overhaul in every way. Every possible thing needs replaced and updated. All of that being said, the room was $62.10 for the night and suited my needs at an absolutely great price.

The stay was ok for the price. Breakfast was poor quality of food. Pictures and description on Hotels.com was not the same as booked. Everything was old: pop corn ceiling with cracks and peeling, mattress sagging in middle and felt every spring, flat old pillows, tiles missing around tub, light bulbs out or missing, lack of plugs, and hall ways smelt like dirt and very hot!

First room wasn't made up, still dirty from last guest, second room better but no shower curtain. Then lick on door didn't work, was told to leave door open and it would be monitored by cameras, yeah, right. Just coffee and danish for breakfast for first 3 days, last day served regular breakfast.

I stay at this hotel about once a month. They are always so friendly and helpful. Don't forget to order the breakfast sandwiches from Ding A Ling Deli across the street!
