좋은점: 1. 경치 매우 좋아요. 2. 조식이 다양합니다. 이 두가지가 최고입니다. 3. 애기들 스탬프 찍는 재미가 있습니다. 4. 직원들이 매우 친절해요. 5. 셔틀다녀서 주차장 및 정문까지 이동이 편리합니다. 6. 제빙기를 마음껏 이용가능해서 좋아요. 7. 수영장이용이 편하고 썬베드, 비치타올 무료인점이 좋습니다. 단점: 1. 에어컨바람이 직접적으로 침대로 향해서 찬바람 때문에 불편하네요. 2. 기본으로 주는 생수의 양이 작습니다. 차라리 정수기를 배치하면 좋았을듯 합니다. 3. 수영장은 너무 조촐합니다. 액티비티위주로해야합니다. 4. 전자레인지는 직원들에게 직접 부탁해야해서 번거롭습니다. 차라리 제빙기옆에 놓아서 숙박객이 자유롭게 쓰게하는게 편리할것 같아요. 그래도 다음에 또 이용할것 같습니다.

Had a great pleasant stay at the resort, staff were all helpful and attentive. Very nice view and the beach was awesome. The hotel manager was very attentive to details and we felt their warmth and enthusiasm to make guests had the best experience. Though there’s a suggestion for improvement: The curtain is not wide enough to block the light from the great sunshine of Okinawa, so we were woken up by the bright sunlight after sunrise. Sometimes we just wanted to sleep in for a bit later, but it’s difficult with this bright daylight.

The beach area was beautiful but the lift was painfully slow. We also couldn't really understand why the toilets had blinds on the outside instead of inside. Rooms were average but service was good - you could get extra water or towels or pillows on your phone. Do note that food options outside of the hotel requires a drive out and parking is also by the beach, requiring a shuttle bus to bring us back to the hotel.

The beach was the only good quality about this hotel. Breakfast buffet was disgusting and over packed and tne dinner buffet was a waste of money for truly horrendous food. The rooms were big and clean however extremely outdated and not luxurious like other inter-continentals around the world. The service was nothing special and staff were unaccommodating. Was a true disappointment considering how excited we were. Will definitely never return.

Room has excellent view of beaches. Bed is very comfortable and the public bath is good. Welcome drinks and cakes are excellent. Japanese breakfast buffet is good especially the grilled steak. Heated pool is wonderful. I wished hotel can open the water area that has rock and reef next to the enclosed swimming beach area for snorkeling. Hotel had charged resorts fee but we had to pay again for snorkeling. Hotel central common hallways to the guest rooms had smell. Lack of ventilation. There is free shuttle that runs from the hotel main building to the parking lots. I wished the hotel let us know when we booked it so that we did not need to pull our luggages in the rain for 18 minutes to walk from parking lot to the main building.

Japanese style (or I should say Okinawa style) breakfast was spot on and delicious! Wide variety of local cuisines to include tappanyaki steak was top quality. Courtesy fireworks was also a surprise, my children especially loved it! I’d definitely stay here again.

정말 좋은 리조트 입니다. 아직은 겨울이라 수영장을 사용할수 없었습니다. 침대가 깨끗하지만 사용감이 있었습니다. 주변 산책로와 멋진 바다가 그 모든 단점들을 해결해 줍니다. 아침 식사가 훌륭하고 쉐프가 해주는 egg station은 정말 맛있습니다. 서빙해주시는 모든 분들의 서비스가 정말 좋았습니다.

Disappointed. Given a room with "sunken" mattress. Buffet Breakfast nothing to talk about. Overall this hotel is kind of dated. One plus point was the service rendered by all their staff.
