Good value, worth a return stay
Rooms were spacious enough , clean and comfortable. Hotel has a front desk that is well staffed , great for easy check-in and able to help with various questions that might arise. I prefer a 25/7 front desk over other hotels that are electronic only as well as luggage management. Easy access to main downtown street. Bus stop 2 minute walk. All for a reasonable price.

We needed a place for one night in Naha and the Naha West Inn was a good choice. The room was actually spacious. They had all the basic amenities and what was missing, you can get at the 7/11 across the road. There are a few simple things that could be improved, such as, coffee as well as tea in rooms, TV that has netflix etc, a shoe horn (I’m kind of obsessed with these). Overall, a good budget choice.

The rooms are of a decent size and are with walking distance from the tram and port. There are several local restaurants nearby. My 1 complaint on the room it needs a luggage rack to make packing and unpacking easier.

In the main building at least our room the sound coming from the door made it hard to sleep. It was a whistling sound from the glass balcony door. Also the mattress was a little hard.

Very convenient to traval to and from Naha Airport. Staff is very helpful. Very clean and comfortable room. Restaurants and shops are in walking distance to buy lunch and dinner. Nice and quite location. Definitely we will go back to this hotel during our next trip.
