Staff are unfriendly across the board, with the exception of the South Asian gentleman who worked at the front desk. The rest of the staff seemed bothered to be there and burdened by guests—zero warmth, no friendliness. Breakfast is horrific, offensively bad. Beds are hard, one bad pillow unless you ask. WiFi is very slow. Elevators are slow. It is the furthest thing from a “resort inn” one could experience. It’s bad business motel masquerading as something else.
