Front end staff were fantastic. Pool was a let down and honestly one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The restaurant/bar was another reason I chose this hotel and it was never open over Memorial Day weekend and that was a disappointment.

Loved the size of the room. Also great staff, I had an issue with someone outside who approached me and wouldn't leave me alone. I went back in hotel to feel more safe and waited and then informed staff. They went outside with me to make sure I was safe and could enjoy my walk to go grab a coffee.

Unable to get hot water for shower every night and or early. Water temperatures remained tepid regardless of how long the water ran. One day housekeeping overlooked my room intil I mentioned it to the front desk. During my 3 day stay, coffee and coffee cups were never re-supplied.
