Clean and convenient

Good location, quiet and convenient to other activities or shopping. The sign out front is easy to miss. Rooms could do with some updating; we had several rooms and the microwave didn’t work in one room and the carpet could have been vacuumed a little better. Sheets and bathrooms were clean. Overall the place smelled clean and for the price I would stay here again.

I have fragrance sensitivity. My only complaint would be. I felt like there was an incense or fragrance in the room. I believe it may have been from the sheets and pillowcases from being washed. I have to use free and clear with no scent when I’m doing laundry detergent there are multiple people. I know that have fragrance sensitivity that are allergic. I would just recommend cleaning all of your things without a scented Laundry detergent.

The SureStay in Edmond Delivers

I like staying here when I stop in Edmond. It's my third time. I like the indoor pool for the kids and the continental breakfast. The building is quiet, clean, and safe. Plenty of room for a family of 4 staying the night. It's close to restaurants and shopping. Very polite management and staff. Would come back again.

I picked the lowest price in the area and the hotel reflected that. the side door lock was busted so anyone would could enter the hotel. the grounds around the hotel were littered.

Our room had a broken table, ac had water gurgling in it after the rain, the bathroom had no vent and everything was dripping wet after shower, realized right before we left the smoke alarm was missing from the wall, and there was barely any breakfast to eat.

I've stayed here before. Staff are very professional, kind, and helpful. I'm returning next month. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. The pool is great!

kinda gross. there was dirty towels left from the last people that stayed in the room. a stain on the blanket. crusty food stuck on the walls and a dirty panty liner on the stairs up to the second floor that stayed there for our entire 3 day stay. there is also no screens on any of the windows, when we arrived there was 2 children hanging out of the second story window waving at people.
