The front desk personnel, Britney, in particular, was very kind and efficient. She made the check in process fun and engaging. All of the employees were helpful and ready to assist. My Aunt and I had a great stay.

Our room was dusty, television remote didn't work, staff replaced immediately. New one worked. Long black hair appeared in bathtub as I was showering, I am blonde. Coffee in room was terrible! Hotel needs updating.

My new go to for a quick overnight stay in s. OKC

For the amount of money for the room, it was worth every cent. Staff was courteous from check in to check out. Room was clean and comfortable, as well as spacious. Parking was sufficient with every space being relatively close to entrance. Plenty of places around to eat, even at 10 pm. We didn’t use indoor pool, but looked clean and inviting, and we would have used had our stay not have been an impromptu emergency visit. Breakfast was decent, slightly better than run of the mill continental. Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, and some fresh fruit, as well as a few breads and pastries, and of course coffee!

The front desk lady in the morning was great. She was a hard worker with lots of duties to perform - which she did great. The low scores is mainly the whole deposit deal. I had shopped around for rooms with pet fees and the $20 they advertised I was fine with. Except when I go to check in they want “cash” deposit. Not once have I ever had to pay cash for incidentals, pet deposit (I am saying both because it was referred to as both at check in.). I had to round up $100 (dealing with all this after driving for 19 hours, they put the cash in an envelope and then the next morning I had to go back and get the envelope and sign the envelope. It was the strangest thing - I have never had to go through that EVER in all the hotels I have stayed at. And the shower was wasting a lot of water and spraying all over - I believe the nozzle needs to be replaced. I didn’t say anything to the staff, I was just happy to get the $100 back. So weird,

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Amenities!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious, clean, and offered excellent value for money. The morning breakfast buffet was delightful, with a variety of options to choose from, and the espresso coffee was a perfect start to the day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
