On a night with a tornado outbreak, three hours from home, and work training at 8 in the morning they would not check my son into his room that was paid for because he was 20 years old. Unreasonably cruel to an amazing young man trying to begin a career with work training in the city. Zero compassion from the man at the desk. We don’t know his name only that he had an Indian accent. Maybe he hasn’t been in a tornado yet. I don’t know and I can’t as a mama understand his lack of compassion.

We have stayed at this property multiple times. The staff is always friendly and help take care of any issues promptly. Short drive (across the highway) from multiple restaurants and kid friendly entertainment.

First off they called to ask when I would be there. I’ve never had a hotel call and ask. It made me feel rushed and I chose the pay at hotel option. Never had issues getting there and changing the card on file. They decided to charge my card before I even got there and left me with $13 in my account. My room smelled like curry as soon as I walked in. TV was not working and they couldn’t fix it until the next day. Breakfast tasted like it was heated up in the microwave. I went to check out and the guy was confused why I was checking out. He kept asking are you checking out early? I had to tell him multiple times I was not. I asked for a receipt and he claimed he couldn’t give me one. This hotel stressed me out so much. I will not be staying here. Holiday Inn is so much better.

Ok but wouldn’t do it again

While I understand that the hotel is undergoing a remodel, there were some issues that resulted in me not staying there again. Overall it smelled bad/ odd, didn’t feel clean and the water pressure was horrible. But the location was convenient and it was affordable.

Not the cleanest . Bed was terrible, broke down , saggy , very uncomfortable for sleeping . Need new mattresses . Bath linens were hard & scratchy . This was are 2 nd. Visit & probably our last at this motel .

Not great

Just another run down hotel that has had a lot of lipstick put on it. These chain hotels that are run by immigrants have all become the same. The very minimum as far as Comfort, basically zero water pressure( takes forever to shower) inedible breakfast offerings. Just not a great value for you money.
