Well I reserved a room with Expedia and not a handicapped room. It was clean but the mood was horrible! The receptionist couldn’t change it. We will be using another company for out traveling.

The room was unappealing. Lonely chair had a cushion which didn't match the chair upholstery. The floor was a gray wooden flooring which was unappealing. Lamp on the desk had a broken connection. The bed was comfortable. the HVAC had a audible "nervous" click every once in awhile not related to maintaining the temperature. Breakfast was ok but sparce. Service was polite and pleasant. Overall far below the published ratings on Expedia.
