Basic, but relatively clean.
If you just want a place to sleep at a cheap price, this does the job. If you are picky, it does not. The office gentleman was pleasant and helpful. We had to be switched to another room when the first one was found to be unacceptable in cleanliness.

Dont be fooled by the pictures!!! This place is ran down. The pictures are not what the rooms look like at all. Air conditioner did not work in the room. Staff is super unprofessional and rude!! Worst experience ever. Also they over charged me and when I questioned the over charge, they told me they didnt charge me anything but the receipt shows different.

I just needed a place to shower and sleep; this place did the job. Some of the furniture could use some refreshing as it was worn. I would stay again if I was trying to stick to a low budget.

Great price for a great room
Don’t let this place fool you. When we pulled in I was concerned but the stay was great. Ladies at the desk were very nice! The room was clean, cool, and very quiet. I would have no problem staying here again.

Right next to a club so very noisy, staff was rude, the room wasn't very clean, can tell the bare minimum was done, and smelled of mold. The manager complained about my son having chalk.

Cozy little diamond in the rough.
The room rate is very cheap and for the price this was lovely. The staff was prompt, polite, and efficient. The exterior is not fancy but don't let that fool you, the room we booked looked like the images. The A/C was good, water pressure was nice, and the bed and bedding was soft and clean. The room was clean and there were no bugs to be found and we stayed on a Saturday night, barely heard anything. I would and will stay here again.

The worst hotel in Oklahoma City
It was really expensive for a hotel to the on a rough side of the city where there's a bar and strip club connected and deposit for the room was high and we were not allowed to have any type of visitors unless we gave them $15 I asked well I'm young what if I have a visitor come with me after the bar they said I was not allowed to have no visitors. So I give this hotel thumbs down at how much they charge and type of strictness that they have I would not recommend anyone to get this hotel because it's just going to charge you $100 for deposit and they're going to try to Swindle you out of your deposit

It's probably not the worst hotel in Oklahoma City! The surrounding area and the actual hotel give off a "is my life in danger" kind of vibe! The proprietor was a very helpful and nice man. That was the only positive I can find at this point.

TV didn’t work, took 5 hours before they gave me a different room. The refrigerator & microwave outlet didn’t work, had to move them myself to an area with a different outlet. No room to turn around in parking lot, had to backup to an open area.

It wasn't dirty, it was filthy. When we opened the room door, the stink was terrible. There were cockroaches running up the wall and over the furniture. The floor was uneven and felt as if it was sinking. There were a lot of people staying there that did not look like regular guests and made the place feel unsafe. The photos are absolutely nothing like the room and I would like to know who write the reviews that gave it the higher ranking it has! Even if this had been the cheepest place in Oklahoma city, which it isn't, no-one should even think about staying here. I was traveling with my 87 year old Dad and by the time we got there, he said he couldn't go to another hotel he was exhausted, so we had to stay.
