I never got a room. They wouldnt except the debit card I had for the deposit (I was able to use the same card to book and pay for the room, but not the deposit. )

I stayed here for 5 nights. It was clean, quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything in the room worked as it should and the free laundry facilities were a nice bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

The property could be improved with a bit more upkeep. It’s great that laundry services are complimentary. It would also be a nice touch to offer some kind of complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately, the bed isn’t very comfortable. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Arrived and the property office had been flooded. Room hadn't been properly vacuumed, stains on the bedding, hallways had an odor of mold/wet dog, exterior door in the stairway wouldn't fully close, roach in the room during my stay and to top it all off, the fire alarm went off at 4:00 am for several minutes due to a power surge which also caused the A/C to go out. I have stayed here many times in the past (primarily due to cost and location), but I will not be returning.
