We traveled to Oklahoma for a family funeral and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival at the airport, we called the hotel only to be told there was no shuttle service—even though it was advertised as one of the perks. When we got to the property, there was no greeting at check-in. The front desk staff barely spoke and didn’t explain where our room was. I had also requested a crib or playpen for my baby, another perk listed at $10 per night. The staff looked at me oddly and said they didn’t have any. When we entered the room, it hadn’t been cleaned at all: beds were unmade, dirty cups and sodas were left behind, and towels were on the floor. We asked to be moved and were sent to a double room, despite booking a king. That room smelled like cigarette smoke, which was especially concerning with our baby. After asking again, they “upgraded” us to what was actually the type of room we reserved in the first place. Unfortunately, the air vent didn’t work properly, and the couch had a urine stain and smelled. When we requested to speak with a manager, we were told to wait until the next day. Already exhausted and grieving, we chose to spend time at our parents’ hotel instead. By the following day, we decided to move next door to the Embassy Suites, which was a much better experience. At no point did anyone offer an apology or attempt to resolve our situation. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays we’ve experienced. Do not book he
