We loved our stay. Clean, amazing coffee in the lobby, comfortable beds, great showers, updated televisions, and amazingly quick and friendly check in. The clean up staff needs to leave people alone before check out time tho. If check out isn’t until 11, don’t knock on my door till 11.

It's fine.

It was fine. Our first room the mini fridge didnt work but they moved us. The bed was ok to me, husband hated it. My kids were upset the jacuzzi was broken. Overall it was fine, not a high end place but nothing seemed dirty or unkept.

I wouldn’t recommend

Hot tub doesn’t work. Your key to the pool doesn’t work staff has to let you in after 5pm. Was promised a late check out upon arrival just for them to tell me the next morning that I can’t have a late check out.

The tv in the room didn't work. The phone in the room didn't work. The water pressure in the shower was poor. Also the elevator needs work. I was trapped in there for 15mins and the front desk didnt know after pressing the help button.

Nice hotel

Very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows, very quiet. Only complaint was the hot tub was’t working correctly and the manager didnt have access to hut tub equipment room to be able to turn on correctly. They had to wait for maintenance guy and had no idea when they would be in.
