My stay at Comfort Inn & Suites in Oklahoma City was very disappointing. The room we were given had dirty sheets, unclean floors, and had clearly not been properly serviced. When I raised concerns, the staff showed little concern and gave the excuse that the maids “provided the wrong list.” The elevator was also out of order, adding to the inconvenience. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and poor customer service made for a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this property.

The area of this hotel was horrible homeless everywhere the rooms were clean but I couldn’t stay here. I had my wife a daughter with me and was worried for their safety. I highly do not recommend this. If you book it there’s no refund and staff has an attitude do not book I wasted money and drove an extra 3 hours into Arkansas to get a better area hotel! We go here went to get food and got back to try and get a refund and just left and said no we’re not staying here the entire area is hostile

Bad area of town. Didn’t feel safe. Hotel was nice and clean, however. Beds were comfortable. No air conditioning in the hotel except for in the individual hotel rooms…thank goodness for that! Honestly, they should have shut the hotel down as hot as it was rather than making employees work in horrible conditions. Fans did not help at all in hallways and lobby.

Good place to stay except…

There was no a/c in the lobby, but thankfully there was in the room. The TV didn’t work in our room, but since I don’t usually watch TV, that didn’t bother me. Overall, it was a good stay.

There is a desk chair in the room, but no desk to put a laptop on. bath towel was yellow like someone sprinkled piss on it. I did go buy some towels after that.The wrong size pillows on the bed. I even took pictures if you need me to send them.
