My room the toilet leaked, the door handle on the bathroom was about to fall off, the shower leaked. The sheets and blankets had stains on them.

The property smelled like Marijuana, the pillows on the bed were terribly uncomfortable, it was noisy all night as I woke up to load noises 4 different times from midnight to 6am, and it was 2 miles from Bricktown. However it was advertised as "walking distance to Bricktown".

Our key card did not work at all the two days we stayed. Had to go well over 10 times to get it fixed and it still didn’t work. Maid let us into our room twice and manager had to use his key once. Ridiculous

Our stay at Comfort Inn on our 44 th Anniversary 10/22/24 ,we didn’t like the fact that the room was in the back,away from the front parking lot. Then it was on the fourth floor,which we weren’t asked at the time of the reservation if it was alright? Had to go to another floor for ice because ice machine was not working,Tv kept freezing up so we just turned it off! The room was near a noisy area which disturbed our rest,we give it an 21/2 star.

Great stay almost perfect!
This is a great hotel , breakfast are ok but better than cold ones, these are hot eggs and sausage. Can’t beat the price for the clean room and safe stay.

Highly recommend
Great hot breakfast, eggs, biscuits & gravy, cereal, Belgian waffles, milk, coffee (many creamers), juices, etc. Room was clean, shower was great, and the staff was extremely friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
