They only cleaned my room once and when I asked they said I had to tell them the day before I needed my room clean. Not really good hospitality. Just upset cuz I had to ask for everything. The room got hot for some reason but the hotel is beautiful to me.

As soon as we walked into our room we noticed it smelled bad, dead roaches on the ground, dirty rags left in the bathroom. Later that evening I sat on the toilet and the seat was so loose I almost fell on the ground. When I took a shower it wouldn’t drain and by the time I got done there was 6 inches of standing water in the tub. I would’ve been okay if it stopped there but no. From 9:30pm to 3:30 am I made four noise complaints on the people in the conjoining room next to us. Every time I called the front desk they promised they would handle it. After the second call the front desk clerk at least came up to the second floor and talked to the people in person. It was “quiet” for about two hours before the yelling, loud music, and door slamming started again. After the third call I was told they were going to be kicked out but that never happened. I’ve stayed in this hotel before and not had these issues but this stay will definitely be my last stay.

At 10:30 pm we had the people next to us fighting . Had to call the cops . I asked to be moved away from them . The front desk lady was nice to move us to 2 floors away but then at 4am the people in a room two doors down starting fighting , yelling and slamming doors for three hours .

The last checking in was a bit abrasive, however I know we’re all human and it wasn’t a massive deal. However as soon as we hit the elevator to head towards the 4th floor we could instantly smell weed, then the 4th floor completely smelled like dog poop. The room was slightly better but I had to completely cover my nose to make it to the room without gagging.

We had a few issues at check in. We booked a king bed and when we checked in they put us in a double queen room. We got it switched out and fixed, and when we got to our room there was no tv, and when I went to call the front desk with the phone, the phone did not work. I called to inform the desk, where a lady in the background was telling the lady I was on the phone with that “the phone in 224 works I don’t know what she’s talking about.” Instead of offering assistance. All around the front desk staff was pretty rude, with the exception of one of them who seemed to be the boss breakfast was decent, pool was great! I loved the showers. There was a blue stain/rip in the sheet when we checked in so we told the desk and are hoping we don’t get charged for something we didn’t do
