The first time we got there, the receptionist was really rude and I don’t appreciate how we went to the room. Some of the items were not working properly. The second day I found my gas tank open like somebody been taking gas out of my car. The third day was the same thing no need that they were drug people going in and out the hotel they were smoking inside the hotel by the ice machine, people next-door to my room was fighting and I went downstairs to make a complaint. They told me I had to call the cops. My final stay was terrible. There was one thing good about the place. The breakfast was awesome and the staff was very good at her job. She assists all of us and I appreciate that good worker I will give her a raise. She worked in the kitchen. She made breakfast she made. Everything was great before serving everybody else plus I love how she assists people when they wanted to go upstairs to eat breakfast. That was nice of her.

Review

There are homeless people all around outside of the hotel. One entered the hotel lobby Saturday morning during breakfast hours and got into a verbal argument with the hotel staff and was refusing to leave resulting in cops being called. They didn’t check me in correctly, so room service opened my door not once, but twice. I then had to go back down to the front desk and get it checked. Upon arriving back from our event my room keys didn’t work requiring me to go down to the front desk again and get that fixed. There’s no real security measures at this hotel given the homeless community that clearly lives around the outside of it.

I actually checked right back out after going up to my room. The hotel would not give me a refund. I still went and stayed somewhere else. There is a tall fence around the property probably because it is an unsafe area. People just standing outside smoking cigarettes. No one was at the front desk when we walked in. Once checked in and we went upstairs to our room I noticed a wierd smell in the hallway. The doorways of the rooms were all banged up. I went in our room and put my stuff down. I look out the window to a large gas station next door with a bunch of tractor trailors. Watched woman coming from behind a dumpster going to the trucks. I grabbed my bag and left.
