Incidental Fees

At check in, I was asked for a card to pay. Handed the clerk my card and they asked if I had another card because since I was using my cash app card, it would hold $250 for incidental fees but if I had a bank card or credit card it would only hold $50. This should be posted when booking the hotel. That if you use a Cash app, Venmo, Chime, PayPal, Credit Karma or any card like them, they will hold $250 instead of $50. Mattress was hard with no give. Other then that, stay was okay.

The room was excellent. It would be a great hotel for someone staying a few days. It has quite a few amenities. The room and shower were updated. It is also fairly close to bricktown. We really loved it and will try to book this same hotel when we come back to bricktown.

Housekeeping serviced the room every 3rd day, and they cleaned it thoroughly at that time. Older hotel but well maintained. Breakfast was fresh and good. All staff was helpful and friendly. Perfect location for Boathouse District, Bricktown and hospitals.

Very dissatisfied with our stay. The microwave was inoperable, the bedside light did not work, and the TV remote was very slow to respond. Could not find a channel guide either. Will not stay here again!
