Hotel was clean and safe. Requested queen beds, but given full beds. They missed cleaning our room on day one of a three day stay. Asked for more washcloths and had to wait til morning to get them.

Upon arriving at 7 pm the lobby was dark with no lights on. Our group wanted to hang out in the evening and the front desk person said they "didn't know" how to turn on the lights and didn't offer to help find out. Room: our room was extremely DAMP and even with buying "damp rid" and running the bathroom fan, it didn't help. We found BLACK MOLD growing in the bathroom, and so did the group we were with so we didn't ask to switch rooms as we assumed it was an entire hotel problem with ventilation. We woke up stuffy and damp feeling. The beds were find and room was basically clean but the bathroom tub was dirty looking. Also, the dresser's drawers were broken and crooked. The ice machine was broken which was just another "addition" to the unaccommodating feeling.

Our room was more humid than being outside, and the air conditioner did not work well. The room smelled of mildew. Twice we went to the front desk to get Assistance and there was no one there even after ringing the bell..

The photos on the website are of a nice clean new hotel. The actual hotel was old and run down. Our room smelled like mildew that someone tried to cover up with industrial fragrance. The mattress was old and tired and led to an awful nights sleep. Free breakfast was of very poor quality. Would not recommend.
