My stay was good. I'm appreciative of the aspects just reported on. I didn't give a full 5 star review because of the following: 1 would have been useful to have some kind of bulletin/paper displaying the wi-fi, the breakfast hours, and other hotel details such as the whereabouts of the pool and gym 2 I could see maintenance was being done throughout the hallways with painter's type, hopefully this doesn't remain for long 3 the pillows - please replace the awful pillows and get standard size, new and fluffy

The staff were helpful and accommodating unfortunately the the room staff spoke no English but were pleasant they were renewing the interior the room phone did not work the room key only worked after 2 to 5 times a little frustrating it was quiet did not feel it was up to the standards we normally encounter with Hampton that’s why we always chose them
