The room was clean, beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. The door to the bathroom was a sliding barn style door and it was a pain to operate. The breakfast was sub-par. Cold eggs and undercooked potatoes. The sausage patty was ok. No dark roast coffee like they usually have available. All they served was light roast and decaf. The breakfast experience overall was very disappointing. The elevator scared me. Going up, the car shook violently right before stopping on the 2nd floor. I really think it should be serviced. I will not stay at this HI again.

Quiet stay

We had a very quiet stay in El Reno. The pillows were very flat, and the furniture and shower need updating. The people working were friendly and they had decorated for fall/Halloween.
