Room was clean But room had a faint smell of uncleanliness in it -sprayed air freshener in it 2-3 times throughout the evening because when you left the room and came back- you could still smell it Tv did not work on 1/2 the channels when you tried to change it- the screen was all pixelated

Room was clean. I was able to print a form from the business center computer after requesting printer paper and figuring out what wire wasn’t connected to give the computer internet access. Breakfast was fine. Nothing special. Just a quick overnight stay and would stay again if in the area.

When I pulled up I was skeptical of the outside. Inside it was clean. Recently carpeted throughout and painted. It was neat, organized and clean. Not a ton of amenities, but the basics. Snack machines, drink machines, ice, water and coffee 24/7. Breakfast had sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, fruit, yogurt, cereals, waffles and drinks. The showers put out sone good pressure too. It’s a good well kept hotel.

The air conditioner did not work so we were given another room. Room was clean. Staff was great, friendly. Bedspreads need to be replaced if they have stains even though they are washed and cleaned. It a clean and nice place to stay if you are looking for inexpensive.

Okay, so I'll start out by saying that most of our stay was really fantastic until the end and I will never be coming back here. We stayed 1 night on a Friday. We (me, my husband, and our daughter) were greeted by a super nice man at the front desk. He explained everything about the hotel from the pool, gym, and the breakfast, ect. Our stay was good, nice bathroom, fridge, microwave, and tv. We got breakfast in the morning and it was surprisingly good. So the bad part. Our family packed up. We picked up all the trash and gathered all of the linens and towels into the corners. We checked out. And this time it was an older lady at the front desk. She didn't even say hi or greet us or even smile. We told her we're checking out and I asked if we could have the 50$ deposit back. She immediately told me that we were smoking in our room and it smells like smoke snd she could barely walk in there. We were incredibky confused and told her that my husband does smokes but he goes outside and I don't allow it inside (I don't like the smell and second hand is horrible for you and plus it's obviously a hotel. You dont do that there unless you have a smoking room). And she told us we were lying and we won't be allowed to stay there anymore. She said she shouldn't even give us our deposit back but she would and it would be the last time. I told my husband to drop it because we got the money back as he was trying to talk to her about it. It was completely unfair and disrespectful to accuse u

This experience was below avarage for me. When arriving it looks promising, after getting to my room i see bugs in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken. The shower drained so slow I was ankle deep. The room was a little out dated all around. It has an indoor pool but not heat and was really cold even for September. In the parking lot there was a continuous strong aroma. For myself Im sorry, but i will not be staying here again.
