The room was filthy. Sticky and greasy stains on night table, TV stand, desk, bathroom floor and counter. What seemed to be dried mucous/boogers on the bathroom walls and (maybe?) lipstick on the toilet and body lotion bottle. Sheets and towels seemed clean thankfully but it was really disgusting otherwise. Sucked to have to wipe down everything after a long day of travel. Desk staff was friendly.

The room was clean, well equipped, staff was very courteous and friendly. Breakfast selections were good, food was warm and taste. Coffee was very good. The price was excellent. I have stayed at another hotel close by and paid more but left saying I didn’t want to stay again. I will definitely stay at your Hampton Inn again.

It was fine, breakfast over at 9 am even on weekends which was a bit of a bother. Only 3 hangers in closet, lucky I always bring extra. Dog friendly!! Pillows very comfy.

Staff pleasant. Comfy beds.
Housekeeping missed a day. Desk apologetic and gave us towels. Safe did not work. Liked gym. Provided fresh fruit which is nice. Waffles best breakfast option. Eggs no good. Have hard boiled as an option. Beds very comfortable.

Every time I go to this hotel the staff is alway was so nice and helpful but my first night there my bed was nasty sheets had someone hair all in it and stains on the sheets and covers and there was bug in my room also I'm trying to upload pic but it's not letting me

Wi-fi would not work. Staff were not helpful. Also at Breakfast, cleaning staff shuts off the lights on customers while you are eating. I understand turning the food area’s lights out, since you have to start cleaning, but it was just my kids and I in the dining area and the lights were turned out. The staff member said “you don’t have to leave “. So I guess in her mind, we were supposed to sit there and eat in a lowly lit room. Just plain ignorance on the staff.

This was not up to Hampton Standards. VERY out-dated rooms. Rust in the corners of the shower. Crude graffiti scratched into the rim of the mirror in the bathroom with spots all over it that looked like paint. Only 1 working elevator. This was not a Hampton experience. Would not recommend this hotel.
