Friendly staff!

Excellent friendly staff, Eddie Mae and her daughter. Old but well kept. Only problem is room AC affect sinus. Variety of snacks available for purchase. Would stay there again. Good value for price.

Stayed here unexpectedly for a medical emergency for a family member. Close access to the Hospital reasonable rate comfy clean room and absolute best gentleman who checked us in. Thank you! Now ready for the free breakfast!

The place was easy to get to off the highway. The parking lot had plenty of well lit parking. We came in about midnight after a show and felt safe. Rooms were big and clean.

The property is very dilapidated on the inside. Looked like the rugs were not clean or vacuumed. The rugs were torn through out the hotel. The refrigerator did not work, never got cold and we really needed it! The lady at the counter was sick, cough and blowing her nose all over the place. She was slow and lines teying to check in, she needs help!!! This is bad management!! athe pet area is not cared for and was muddy and wet. In the hotel smelled of smoke, we got a no smoking room but it smelled like smoke. As a manager of operations, this is just bad management and hotel operation. I expect more from Hilton!!! Especially the price you charge. I will never stay at a hampton inn again. Seems like your letting what was nice to stay at,your letting them get run down.

Good for the price

Older hotel but in a good location. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and bed comfortable. They could do a better job at maintaining common areas like the elevator and hallways.

Worst Hampton I've ever stayed in

The property is in poor condition. We asked to switch rooms after our first room had significant ceiling damage, including pieces hanging down. The room of the family we were traveling with was the same way. Our second set of rooms were no better. Our room was missing toiletries, including hand soap. Several people in our party remarked on how uncomfortable the beds were. The ONLY reasons i gave two stars instead of one is because the complimentary breakfast was decent, and the front desk person who checked us in was very good. Would not stay again unless significant improvements are made, would not recommend.
